No matter how warm it gets outside, I always have to layer on the sweaters and leggings (and in this case, legwarmers) for work, thanks to the obnoxious use of excessive air-conditioning in my building and on public transit during the warm months. With global warming and all, shouldn't there be a law against that?The outer layers get stripped off for the walk from my building to the bus stop, put back on for the bus ride (and I have a small fleece blanket in my shoulder bag in case even the layers aren't enough for the bus), and then taken back off for the walk from the bus stop to my apartment. This is SO ANNOYING.
